A vibrant church with a deep faith in God.

We invite you to join us for worship on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. at 1030 East Casino Road, Everett, WA 98203, across the street from Cascade High School.

If you have small children, they are welcome to stay with you or in our nursery. Elementary-aged children and youth join the main service and are excused after worship for their age-based programs.

Tuesday Bible Study will not meet on August 2nd or 9th, and will return on the 16th.

Therin Fenner will be our guest preacher on August 7th. Therin was our preacher for Mother's Day back in May, and we are thrilled to welcome her back next Sunday.

Prayers for the McPherson and Curtis Families: Ann McPherson passed away last Sunday afternoon. According to her wishes and the wishes of her family, no services are being planned. Lucy Curtis is under palliative care in the hospital after suffering a series of strokes last week. We pray for God's peace and presence to be with both these families and all who know and love them during this difficult time.

School Supplies Drive: Our annual school supplies drive will start on August 7th, and we'll be collecting through August 21st. The supplies will go to Emerson Elementary and Horizon Elementary. There is a list of requested supplies posted in the Narthex.

Choir: The CVPC Choir will be singing again on August 14th. That will be the second of two Sundays this Summer that the choir will be singing. If you've ever considered singing with the choir, this is a great opportunity to join them for a Sunday! Rehearsal will be at 9:15am before worship. Please Contact Elizabeth Johnson at eevocal@aol.com or call the church office to let her know if you are interested.
Shower to the People
One of our members, Frank Fargo, is the man behind Shower to the People. Along with his wife, they provide showers to as many as 65 homeless people per week. Showers are available weekly on Wednesdays at First Presbyterian Church in Everett (5:00pm), and on Saturdays at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lynnwood (noon). With each shower, every person receives a pair of socks, underwear, and a shirt. Towels, wash cloths, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided. If you would like to donate, check out their wishlist on Amazon. Donations may also be dropped off to the Cascade View Presbyterian Church office. Shower to the People is a ministry of Cascade View Presbyterian Church, and all donations are tax deductible.
